Role Description
Are you an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Join our Shared Services Center as an AP/AR Accountant, where you'll play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Process requests to create or modify vendor master data.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records, including contact details, bank account numbers, and tax information.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve queries related to master data and invoices.
- Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts for accuracy.
- Code invoices with the correct account.
- Manage supplier payments, including processing and preparing manual payments.
- Issue invoices and credit notes.
- Apply received payments to open invoices and liaise with customers regarding discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial analyses.
- Provide necessary documentation for audits and internal controls.
Qualifications
- A degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in AP/AR or master data management.
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English (German is a plus!).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate results on time.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
