Role Description

A1 Consulting Group, Inc. (A1) is searching for talented professionals to join our leadership team. We are seeking senior engineers and a geologist for management-level positions to help propel our company to the next level.

• Equity option in the company after successfully completing one year in probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering (ABET-accredited programs).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina or eligible for reciprocity through the NC Licensing Board.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the U.S. on public sector projects, particularly in transportation and building sectors valued at $10M or more.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Cost Estimation tools, Geotechnical & Construction Engineering software, and other DOT-approved platforms.

Requirements

• Position based in the vibrant Raleigh-Durham area.
• Part-time consultants can work remotely from any of the 50 states in the USA.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
