[Hiring] Senior Technical Consultant @Outreach

Role Description

As a Sr. Technical Consultant you will play an important role working as a technical subject matter expert in a wide variety of SaaS technologies within the Professional Services line of business. You will work closely with internal and external consultants and technology experts to implement, upgrade, and configure various solutions in our sales engagement platform. This role will play a key part in our expanding AI initiatives, supporting customers in enabling and configuring AI capabilities within our platform. You will also act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations adopt and operationalize AI to drive measurable business value. The success of this role will be measured by the overall business impact, client adoption of technology best practices, and quality of platform setup conducted by the consultant.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience working in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical or support role.
• Ability to discover the “how” and “why” of proposed solutions to determine feasibility and suggest alternatives.
• Experience successfully collaborating with client contacts at all levels of the organization chart.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into language that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• History of mastering new technologies and technical skills quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processes.
• Stay current on AI-enabled tools and workflows, picking up new AI capabilities quickly.
• Willingness to theorize about complex integration solutions while also being able to jump in and get things done.
