Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced wealth management careers coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in wealth management. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in financial planning, investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
• Guiding students in applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern wealth management work.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
  • Resume review
  • Cover letters
  • LinkedIn review
  • Interview prep
  • Salary negotiation
  • Promotion strategy
  • Networking strategy
  • Freelancing for those pursuing independent work
• Setting own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually, and partnering with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in wealth management.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down financial and career topics.
