Role Description
As a Training Specialist (Learning Engineer) at Grafton Integrated Health Network, you will:

Provide direct training and consultation to both internal stakeholders and external customers related to Ukeru, Trauma Informed Care, and Grafton Method techniques and strategies.

Coordinate training with external stakeholders and distribute Ukeru blocking equipment.

Demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism while promoting the Grafton brand.

Travel extensively (42 of 52 weeks per year) to provide training and consultation to external customers.

Advise and guide organization’s leadership on various topics including communication plans and data management systems.

Organize and complete the Grafton Cultural Assessment at external agencies.

Provide training and consultation to internal stakeholders throughout Grafton.

Make travel arrangements and ensure training sites are adequate.

Interface with external and internal customers, delivering high levels of customer service.

Assist with the sale of equipment based on customer needs.

Manage assigned accounts and build strong customer relationships.

Collect and analyze data to understand changing needs.
-
Research new legislation changes relevant to assigned states.

Attend seminars and conferences to maintain knowledge in the Human Service and Performance Improvement fields.

Prepare reports and correspondence regarding activities and accomplishments.

Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the human services field.

Requires a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Minimum of 1 year in a direct service delivery position (e.g., direct support professional, case manager, teacher, therapist, etc.) or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Availability and willingness to travel frequently (42 out of 52 weeks per year).
