Role Description
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) curriculum development and technical advisory role supporting a Global Tech training team. The training you'll support is built for software engineers β full-stack, front-end, and back-end developers β so you need to be one of them.
We're looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer with a real software engineering background and deep AI expertise, who can:

Review AI programming content for technical accuracy.

Catch what's missing or wrong and improve content development.

Evaluate curricula for technical accuracy from a developer's perspective.

Fill content gaps with written guides, video tutorials, and hands-on labs.

Identify and implement new processes to speed up design and development.

Review feedback from learners and engineering partners to improve content quality.

Help the training team understand underlying context and practitioner intuition.

Make sophisticated AI/ML concepts accessible without oversimplifying.

Embed with engineering teams to understand new technologies from a developer's perspective.

Collaborate with developer advocates, L&D team members, and technical writers.
Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience β full-stack web development or general software engineering (front-end and back-end).

Deep, hands-on technical expertise in AI/ML β e.g., machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, data science, or applied AI engineering.

Hands-on with a modern AI/ML stack β proficient in Python (and SQL where relevant), familiar with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical content for accuracy.

Able to learn new technologies quickly and make data-driven decisions.

Experience implementing or improving processes for content development.

Experience explaining or teaching technical concepts to engineering audiences.

Strong written communication skills; able to produce clear technical content.
Requirements

Comfort working in fast, ambiguous, AI-assisted environments.

Experience embedding with engineering or platform teams as a technical advisor.
Benefits

1099 or C2C (No W2) employment.

40 hours per week @ $55β$65/hour (C2C or 1099), based on experience.
