Role Description

LearnWell is looking for an organized and metric-driven Student Education Liaison to ensure that all paperwork for each of our students is entered accurately and thoroughly within our CRM. The role will entail data entry and data management tasks, as well as communication and coordination with school district personnel.

The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution.

• Data entry and management of all student information within our CRM platform.
• Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information.
• Communication with school district personnel regarding approval for students' academic services and the collection of students' schoolwork. Modes of communication may include phone, email, and/or fax.
• Support for operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and/or required report generation.

This position entails a 40-hour-per-week commitment, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The starting pay range is $23–$25 per hour.

This position follows our traditional school-year calendar and is a 10-month role. There is tremendous opportunity for growth, as well as the potential for work over the summer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business or Communication majors preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Proven professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be located on Oahu and capable of answering questions, resolving problems, and providing follow-up assistance to the local school district.
• Must be accessible by telephone to respond to requests and feedback requiring immediate attention between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
