Leland is seeking an experienced public relations coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in PR and communications. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in PR strategy, media relations, crisis communications, brand management, and event planning.
• Helping students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
  • Resume review
  • Interview prep
  • Salary negotiation
  • Networking strategy
• Assisting those pursuing independent consulting work in the space.

Ideal candidates have professional experience in public relations, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic communications topics. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
