Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced parenting coach to work with both prospective and current parents navigating the many stages of raising a family. This role includes:

• General exploration and family planning guidance for those preparing to become parents.
• Newborn and infant care for those in the earliest stages.
• Support for current parents with child development, behavior management, and discipline techniques.
• Communication strategies to strengthen the parent-child relationship.
• Co-parenting strategy and work-life balance guidance to help parents navigate family life alongside their other responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience in child development, family therapy, or parent coaching.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping parents feel confident at every stage.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every family.
