Role Description

Infosys Public Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to join our team.

  • Design and implement an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project objectives.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of the system, including operations, financial reconciliation, audit, and maintenance.
  • Create training curricula, instructor guides, and user materials tailored to diverse audiences (e.g. operational staff, and management).
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest system functionality and business processes.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
  • Manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

  • 7 Years of experience in the public sector creating organizational change management programs or training programs and curricula on enterprise system solutions.
  • 3 years of experience in a role similar to the one proposed for this project (e.g., OCM Lead, Training Lead, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in tollway, transportation, or comparable industries with a strong customer and systems focus.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training for complex systems involving multiple functional areas.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning authoring tools, virtual training technologies).

Requirements

  • Develop a role-based training strategy and plan that aligns learner groups, learning objectives, delivery methods, timing, and ownership with the implementation roadmap.
  • Conduct training needs and audience analyses to identify knowledge gaps, accessibility needs, language considerations, and appropriate learning paths.
  • Establish training governance, including content standards, review and approval workflows, version control, and traceability to business processes and system requirements.
  • Use a blended learning approach that combines instructor-led training, virtual sessions, e-learning, simulations, practice exercises, office hours, and performance-support materials.
  • Maintain a training environment and realistic data that enable hands-on practice without affecting production operations or sensitive information.
  • Implement a train-the-trainer and knowledge-transfer model with clear instructor readiness criteria, facilitation guidance, and quality checks.
  • Coordinate training schedules with rollout waves, operational constraints, release readiness, and stakeholder availability; track enrollment, attendance, completion, and exceptions.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, proficiency checks, adoption indicators, and post-training performance data, and use the results for continuous improvement.
  • Plan post-go-live reinforcement through refresher training, coaching, office hours, updated job aids, and a sustainable content maintenance process.
  • Identify and mitigate training risks early, including content delays, low participation, limited instructor capacity, environment readiness, and competing operational priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading OCM and training initiatives within public sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of government operations, compliance, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, MS Project, JIRA) and training methodologies.

Educational Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
  • Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.

Additional Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

Benefits

  • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
  • Long-term/Short-term Disability
  • Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts
  • Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal)
  • 401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level
  • Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off
