Role Description
As a CodePath Mentor, you will be the full-time technical coach for a portfolio of roughly ten pods, consisting of about 20 fellows across 8-12 host organizations. Your role includes:

Coaching your pods from pre-Basecamp through the final day of the program.

Providing structured written feedback on pull requests, roadmap drafts, and other deliverables.

Facilitating weekly 1:1s with fellows and documenting their progress.

Leading milestone reviews and synthesizing fellow-level performance.

Delivering curriculum modules and authoring content as needed.

Raising program efficacy issues to the appropriate owners.

Using AI tools for code review and feedback.
Qualifications

2 to 4 years of professional software engineering experience.

Experience in coaching or mentorship, formal or informal.

Ability to read and provide feedback on pull requests in unfamiliar stacks.

Experience shipping production work with AI-assisted development tools.

Comfort as a generalist coach, able to find answers quickly.

Strong written communication skills for asynchronous feedback.

Comfortable with remote, synchronous obligations across US time zones.
Requirements

TA, bootcamp coach, fellowship mentor, or instructor experience preferred.

Experience at a small or scrappy organization.

Comfort across at least two of: web full-stack, data/AI engineering, ML, infra/devops.
