Role Description
The FEE in the Classroom North America Intern will play a key role in supporting the outreach efforts of FEE's Student Engagement team. Working closely with our outreach division, you will gain hands-on experience researching, identifying, and analyzing expansion opportunities, conducting market research, and helping develop strategies to partner with a wider range of institutions. Our team delivers top-tier programs to high school and university students through a dynamic faculty network, and you will support that work end to end.

Help coordinate program scheduling, communicate with faculty and host institutions, and track bookings and program details in Salesforce.

Research, draft, and update lesson materials and program resources that faculty use in the classroom.

Build skills in outreach strategy and partnership assessment.

Learn to apply key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve your work.
Responsibilities

Research and identify high schools, districts, teacher associations, and CTSOs as potential program partners.

Conduct market research to find and prioritize expansion opportunities across regions and institution types.

Assess potential partnerships against program fit and strategic priorities.

Help develop and carry out outreach strategies, including drafting outreach emails and follow-up sequences.

Maintain prospect lists and track outreach activity and responses.

Coordinate program scheduling among teachers, host institutions, and faculty.

Serve as a point of contact for faculty and hosts before and after programs.

Enter and maintain booking, contact, and program data in Salesforce.

Prepare program materials and confirm logistics ahead of each session.

Support collection of post-program feedback from teachers, students, and hosts.

Research and draft lesson plans, activities, and classroom resources for faculty.

Update existing curriculum materials for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with teacher needs.

Help adapt content to different grade levels, subjects, and program formats.

Apply KPIs to measure outreach effectiveness, booking conversion, and program reach.

Compile regular reports on activity and results for the Student Engagement team.

Recommend improvements to outreach and program processes based on the data.
Qualifications

Business, Economics, or other related majors desired, but not required.

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools.

Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset.
Benefits

Stand Together Fellowships pays participants a stipend of either $7,500 for full-time participants working approximately 32 hours per week at the partner organization, or $5,500 for part-time participants working approximately 24 hours per week at the partner organization.

Attending the entirety of the online and on-site KIP programming is required for both full and part-time participants.
