Leland is seeking an experienced DIY coach to work with clients looking to take on home and craft projects with confidence. This role includes:

• General exploration to help clients identify projects that fit their interests and skill level.
• Project planning and budgeting to set clients up for success.
• Teaching tool and equipment use, home repair and improvement, woodworking, and crafting techniques.
• Emphasizing safety practices throughout every project.

Ideal candidates have:

• Extensive hands-on DIY, woodworking, or home improvement experience.
• Prior coaching or teaching experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients build practical skills step by step.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
