[Hiring] Cooking Coach @Leland

Role Description

We're seeking an experienced cooking coach to work with clients looking to build their cooking skills, as well as aspiring cooks looking to break into a culinary career. This role includes:

• General exploration to help clients identify their cooking goals
• Teaching core cooking techniques, knife skills, recipe development, and meal planning
• Covering food safety and sanitation and kitchen management to build strong fundamentals in the kitchen
• Providing resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy for those pursuing a career in the culinary industry

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary experience
• Prior coaching or teaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their cooking skills and their career
