[Hiring] Web & Brand Designer @Flowpouch

Role Description

We want one designer who owns how Flow looks everywhere except in paid ads:

• Website design.
• New sections for our product pages that we test, listicle and landing page layouts, handed to our developer in Figma.
• Social media posts designed, on brand, on schedule.
• Brand assets and templates for the rest of the team to ensure consistency.
• Email and SMS templates, and packaging design support together with our Head of Customer Experience.
• Brand coherence across all touchpoints.

Your first weeks will involve:

• New product page sections for testing.
• A listicle structure.
• A batch of social posts.

What this role is not:

• Paid social statics are made by a separate designer.
• Video is made by our editors.
• Brand strategy is not part of this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design for DTC or consumer brands, with a portfolio that shows website, social, and brand work.
• Figma expert with experience handing designs to developers.
• Comfortable with AI image tools; Blender is a bonus.
• Ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver in two rounds, not five.
• Based in the Philippines or Eastern Europe, with a few hours of overlap with US Eastern working hours.

Requirements

• Briefs are sometimes a sentence long; asking the right questions is part of the job.
• Feedback will come from several people: the founders, the developer, and later the Head of Customer Experience.
• Part-time means prioritizing; twenty hours go to what moves the site and the brand, not to everything that gets asked.

Engagement

• Type: Contractor, part-time, with an option to grow into full-time.
• Time: 20 hours a week.
• Compensation: $750–1,000 per month for 20 hours, depending on experience.
• Location: Remote, Philippines or Eastern Europe preferred.
• Reports to: Our COO and co-founder; later our Head of Customer Experience.
• Start: 1 November 2026.

How to apply

Start your application with the word REISHI so we know you read the whole listing. Then send us:

• A portfolio with at least ten pieces, including website or landing page work and social posts.
• One design you made that was then built by a developer. What did the developer get from you, and what came back with questions?
• Your rate for 20 hours a week and the hours you are usually online.
