Role Description

EverOn Data Center Services is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution-oriented Creative Director to lead the development and implementation of the company's visual identity and creative initiatives across all marketing, sales, and corporate communications channels, including video production, podcast development, and multimedia storytelling.

As a key member of the Marketing & Sales team, the Creative Director will be responsible for translating EverOn's business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing strategies into compelling visual and multimedia experiences that strengthen brand recognition, support business development, and communicate the company's expertise in the mission-critical infrastructure industry.

This individual will serve as the organization's internal creative authority, ensuring brand consistency, design excellence, and high-quality execution across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, video, podcasts, and other customer-facing materials. The Creative Director will also lead the creative development and production of video and podcast content, from concept and production planning through recording, editing, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative vision with strong project management capabilities and a hands-on approach to design, video, audio, and multimedia production. This role requires the ability to balance strategic creative thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in graphic design, creative development, brand management, multimedia production, or related creative disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading creative direction and managing complex creative projects.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, visual storytelling, presentation design, digital creative, and multimedia production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and related design and editing applications.
• Demonstrated experience in video production, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Working knowledge of podcast development, audio recording, editing, and production processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create sophisticated executive-level and customer-facing presentations.
• Experience developing and maintaining corporate brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong understanding of digital, print, video, and audio production processes, file preparation, and creative asset management.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and execute projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, construction, infrastructure, technology, or other technical industries.
• Experience producing corporate videos, executive interviews, project showcases, and thought leadership content.
• Experience developing, producing, or managing branded podcast series.
• Familiarity with video recording equipment, lighting, microphones, and podcast recording setups.
• Experience working collaboratively with external creative, marketing, and production agencies.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, and other collaborative creative platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital content management systems.
• Experience supporting a growing or evolving corporate brand.
