Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in prototyping, layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Experience applying IBM Design Thinking & Design Thinking Methodology in enterprise environments.
• Ability to create user experiences that work effectively across devices and screen sizes.
• Experience creating or working within design systems, style guides, and established brand standards.
• Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences.
• Understanding and application of accessibility and inclusive-design principles.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Requirements

• Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience contributing to digital product strategy within Agile/Lean environments.
• Experience in Travel & Transportation or Banking; experience with enterprise-scale products is advantageous.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces that meet project specifications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
