[Hiring] Visual Designer @Hire Overseas

Role Description

We're looking for a Visual Designer to own visual design across brand, marketing, and digital channels for a fast-growing company. You will design ad creative, social content, landing page assets, presentations, and brand collateral, and turn briefs into polished work that looks sharp and serves a business goal.

This is a hands-on role. You will be in the design tools every day, working across formats and projects at the same time, with real ownership over quality and consistency. We are not looking for someone who only executes templates. We want a designer with a genuine creative eye who can take a rough brief, form a point of view, and deliver work that is distinctive and on brand. If you are fast, organized, and take pride in craft, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Proven design experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats such as ad creative, social content, brand assets, and presentations
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with an eye for what makes design effective in a marketing context
• Ability to work within an established brand system while bringing independent creative judgment to each project
• Fast and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and incorporates feedback without friction
• Available to work full-time during US business hours

Requirements

• Basic motion design or animation skills for social and ad creative
• Experience designing for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn
• Background in a marketing agency, startup, or in-house brand team
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and image generation tools
• Experience with web design or landing page layout in tools such as Webflow or Framer
