[Hiring] Video Editor @Falcon Funded

Role Description

• Create visually striking intros, transitions, and animations
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop a consistent visual style
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, high-impact videos (e.g. reels, TikToks)
• Design clean, on-brand graphic assets (thumbnails, banners, posts, infographics)
• Manage and organize media assets and project files efficiently

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Experience with basic motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
• Solid portfolio of video content — please provide links
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma)
• Ability to follow a brand style guide while adding creative flair
• Good English communication skills and a self-driven attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience editing for a finance or trading-related brand
• Knowledge of YouTube algorithm and video performance tactics

Benefits

• Fully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere
• Opportunity to shape the visual voice of a fast-growing brand
• Long-term collaboration with growth opportunities
• A creative and energetic team that values quality and innovation
