Role Description

We're looking for a performance-focused Video Editor to create high-converting direct response ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other paid channels. This isn't a cinematic editing role. We care about hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and conversions. Every edit should be built to sell.

You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists to turn scripts into ads that capture attention, keep viewers watching, and drive purchases. The best editors don't just cut footage—they understand the message, choose the right visuals for every sentence, and make every second count.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing videos for DTC eCommerce brands (required)
• Strong portfolio of high-performing direct response ads
• Exceptional storytelling and pacing skills
• Strong familiarity with leading DTC brands such as Hismile, Ryze, Grüns, IM8, Seranova, and similar performance-driven brands
• Highly proficient with AI editing workflows
• Strong understanding of organic content formats and social media trends
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work full-time in a fast-paced remote environment
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

Requirements

• Have never worked with a DTC eCommerce brand
• Only edit cinematic, YouTube, or corporate videos
• Rarely use AI in your editing workflow
• Don't understand direct response advertising
• Cannot commit to a full-time schedule
• Prefer detailed hand-holding instead of taking ownership
