Role Description
We're looking for a UX/UI Design Manager to lead our UX design team. This hands-on role is perfect for a leader who’s passionate about crafting seamless, user-first experiences in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a talented and collaborative UX team across multiple countries to transform the customer experience.

Take a hands-on approach as a UX/UI designer and strategist.

Uphold high-quality standards throughout the design process by reviewing team work and leading design critiques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed design processes into the product development lifecycle.

Work closely with the Head of Product Design and Product Managers to shape priorities and define project scope.

Partner with Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and high design fidelity.

Advocate for user-centered and data-driven design principles across the organization.

Integrate UX and CX frameworks to create a seamless experience across digital and offline touchpoints.

Stay ahead of industry trends, accessibility guidelines, and healthcare standards.

Team Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 10 years of experience in the Design field, with a strong focus on UX/UI Design.

+ 3 years of experience leading UX/UI designers.

Proven experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Ability to craft compelling product narratives, clearly articulating project goals, motivation, and success pathways.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to frame solutions logically and persuasively.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs, from concept to pixel-perfect final assets.

Strong self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive projects forward through proactive communication.

Strong understanding and application of user-centric design principles.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design system usage and the full UX process.

Expertise in wireframing, mockups, and prototyping using Figma.

A deeply collaborative and iterative approach to product design.

Ability to work remotely with teams and stakeholders across different time zones.

Professional verbal and written communication in both English and Portuguese.

A customer-centric digital portfolio that clearly showcases your design process.
Additional Required Experience & Knowledge

Strong analytical skills to understand complex data structures and perform necessary validations.

Experience using quantitative user behavior analysis tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and conducting A/B tests.

Experience working in agile environments, with familiarity in Jira and a solid understanding of the full product lifecycle.
Bonus Qualifications

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
