Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive results across digital marketing channels.
- Own our presence on SpareFoot: Optimize facility listings, track rankings daily, and adjust pricing with the revenue management team to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI, and acquisition costs) to ensure marketing effectiveness.
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to provide clear insights on marketing performance.
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve audience targeting and budget allocation.
- Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and IT teams to align marketing efforts and improve campaign results.
- Test campaign strategies, landing pages, and marketing assets to optimize performance and conversions.
- Help develop forecasting models and budget plans based on campaign performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC, conversion optimization, and audience targeting.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) & familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to turn data into marketing strategy.
- Experience with SpareFoot or similar third-party listing platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available 9 AM-5 PM CST.
