Role Description

As a UX Designer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on creating user-centric products for healthcare. You will report to a Senior Manager of UX Design and work closely with various stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy.
• Drive the vision for design in Client products and communicate it effectively.
• Proactively push new design ideas and take ownership of tasks impacting the product portfolio.
• Champion user experiences by understanding the needs of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Influence design culture positively through constructive feedback and collaboration.
• Lead presentations to cross-functional teams, communicating design recommendations effectively.
• Discuss complex design ideas in an accessible manner for diverse audiences.
• Transform abstract concepts into tangible user experiences.
• Design for web and native mobile apps, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Foster a culture of support and continuous improvement within the team.
• Advocate for users' needs and engage with them through research.
• Showcase UX workflow process and ideation in your portfolio.
• Craft experiences that empower users in managing their health.
• Support annual OS updates and ensure seamless user experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in UX or product design.
• Experience with regulated medical device software and healthcare onboarding is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end UX design process.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile app experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX or product design experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Portfolio showcasing clinical problem framing, workflow mapping, and usability testing.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile app design, including familiarity with iOS and Android.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Mid-level or Senior UX Designer in digital health or medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HCI, Interaction Design, or Human Factors.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.

• Meetings with smaller groups for further discussion.

Domain Experience

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is preferred.
