Role Description

Superior Steel Erectors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a User Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our company.

• Design and conduct user research to gain insights on current and potential customers
• Analyze user data and identify trends, behaviors, and needs to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions based on research findings
• Conduct usability tests and user interviews to evaluate and improve products and services
• Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance understanding of user needs and behaviors
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research and incorporate them into our processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in user research, preferably in a tech or construction industry
• Strong understanding of research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests
• Experience with user research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, and SurveyMonkey
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
