Role Description
We are looking for a Staff Researcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced UX Researcher, who can implement a range of methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative. As a researcher, they will work with the research team, designers, product, and more to perform research from discovery to post-production that enables stakeholders to make more informed, confident decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible product experiences for our clients.

Proactively identify research opportunities with the highest potential for customer and business impact.

Independently develop and run research studies from beginning to end:

Identifying the right research questions.

Determining & developing the participant sample and screeners.

Designing the study.
-
Executing with attention to detail and quality.

Analyzing, synthesizing, and delivering results.

Conduct research pulling from a wide variety of qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed methods.

Present actionable insights and recommendations to multiple teams and leaders across the organization.

Create artifacts, educational tools, experiences, and processes that help build and evangelize UX Research within the larger organization.

Plan and deliver multi-phased research projects within budget, timeline, and project requirements.

Help develop and build the research team at Intapp, contributing to the community, providing support to other team members, leveraging your strengths to help others grow, and being willing to learn and grow as a researcher.

Proactive in communicating and managing stakeholders remotely and in various time-zones.
Qualifications

3-5 years UX Research related experience, ideally researching for B-to-B enterprise applications.

A strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.

Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to synthesize and communicate ideas and results visually, verbally, and in writing.

Experience creating research deliverables.

Open to candidates making a career change to UX from adjacent roles such as Product Management, Front End Development, Business Analyst, or Systems Implementation.

A solid grasp of User-Centered Design and Research methodologies.

Ability to support project team members in transforming research findings and insights into innovative solutions.

Team player, willing to help and share knowledge with team members, open to constructive feedback.

Strong ability to self-organize.

For California based roles, Base Pay Range is $95,000yr - $150,000/yr.
