[Hiring] UI/UX Designer @Techsa

Role Description

This is a remote position. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a strong track record in UX and UI design. They possess a deep understanding of how design influences user behavior, product adoption, and business outcomes, and are committed to delivering innovative, user-focused solutions. The portfolio should contain genuine live/shipped projects.

• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly product designs.
• Apply industry best practices in UX/UI design to deliver accessible, efficient, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Lead Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with project objectives and seamlessly integrate into the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Support user research activities, including usability testing and feedback sessions, to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business requirements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and data regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects, demonstrating both process and outcomes.
• Expertise in Figma (with proficiency in similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD being an advantage).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in conducting user research, developing personas, design thinking methodology, and running usability tests.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate interaction concepts and design intent.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and ensure accurate design implementation.
• Experience working with design systems, variables, tokens, style guides, and component libraries that scale consistently across platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices and their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
