Role Description

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our marketing agency and produce high-quality, engaging video content for clients across the Saudi market. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with brands in KSA, understands Saudi culture, audience behavior, digital trends, and social media content styles, and can translate creative concepts into impactful videos that support brand awareness, engagement, and performance objectives. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple client accounts, working in a fast-paced agency environment, and adapting their editing style across different brands, industries, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for multiple client accounts across the Saudi market.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, UGC-style content, digital ads, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
• Transform raw footage into compelling stories with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and visual flow.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Content Creators, Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers to execute campaign concepts.
• Adapt editing styles according to different client brands, industries, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Ensure video content is culturally relevant and aligned with Saudi audience preferences and local trends.
• Manage the full post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound design, subtitles, music selection, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Create Arabic and English video content while ensuring proper layout, typography, subtitles, and visual presentation.
• Develop multiple video formats and versions for different social media placements and advertising platforms.
• Edit performance-driven video ads designed to improve engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and campaign results.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop and test different hooks, creatives, and video variations.
• Review client feedback and implement revisions efficiently while maintaining creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Maintain consistency with each client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and campaign direction.
• Stay updated on Saudi social media trends, seasonal campaigns, cultural events, and emerging content formats.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
• Mentor junior video editors and provide feedback when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience.
• Previous experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, creative agency, or production house.
• Strong and proven experience working on campaigns targeting the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content, digital campaigns, paid advertisements, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of Saudi and GCC digital content trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong knowledge of short-form content, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience editing performance marketing and paid social media advertisements.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, typography, and composition skills.
• Ability to work with both Arabic and English content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and revisions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with well-known Saudi brands or major KSA campaigns.
• Experience across industries such as e-commerce, retail, hospitality, F&B, real estate, entertainment, technology, and government campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi cultural events and seasonal campaigns such as Saudi National Day, Founding Day, Ramadan, Eid, and Riyadh Season.
• Experience creating UGC, influencer, and creator-led content.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or professional color-grading tools.
• Knowledge of filming, lighting, camera composition, and production.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and content-generation tools.
