Role Description
As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Design team, responsible for delivering the latest security and identity products. You will work on complex, enterprise-level systems, ensuring they are visually appealing, innovative, and user-friendly, while also mentoring fellow designers to ensure high product design standards.
- Lead UI/UX product design for multiple company products, focusing on complex security applications
- Drive the full product design lifecycle, from research to wireframes, design, prototyping, and user testing, while independently leading the end-to-end process from ideation to final implementation
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform strategic design decisions and enhance product differentiation
- Collaborate closely with product managers and support engineering during implementation
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS complex systems
- Proven experience working within cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality designs
- Previous experience mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level designers
- Strategic design thinking & Figma mastery to align design decisions with business goals and optimize workflows
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or other technically complex products
- A pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest details
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and meet deadlines
- High level of written and spoken English
- A team player with strong leadership skills
