Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring software capabilities to meet design and functional objectives.
- Analyze functional business applications and design specifications across various functional areas, including finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Develop and configure software solutions to satisfy design and functional requirements.
- Translate detailed designs and workflows into deliverable application products.
- Design, code, test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including use-case level and user-level documentation.
- Enhance workflows to reduce operating time and improve overall efficiency.
- Promote best practices in utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to programming staff.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Java
- 4+ years of experience in a development lead role
- Experience in integration and API development
Requirements
- ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- 2+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications
- CompTIA Security certification (as applicable)
