Role Description
Senior Product Designers (Webflow) lead the design and delivery of engaging digital experiences across multiple client engagements. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, production, engineering, and client services to create thoughtful, user-centered websites that are both beautifully designed and expertly built in Webflow.
Senior Product Designers are strategic, hands-on creators. You're equally comfortable conducting UX discovery, designing polished experiences in Figma, and building production-ready websites in Webflow. You own projects from concept through launch, partnering with engineering only when advanced custom development or integrations are required.
What You'll Do

Lead UX and visual design across websites and digital experiences for multiple client engagements

Partner with strategy, production, engineering, and client stakeholders to define user experience and creative direction

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma

Design and build responsive, production-ready websites directly in Webflow

Develop scalable design systems, reusable components, and CMS structures in Webflow
-
Translate business goals into intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused digital experiences

Collaborate with engineers on advanced functionality, integrations, and custom development when needed

Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO
-
Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on best practices and user insights

Stay current on UX trends, accessibility standards, and evolving Webflow capabilities
Qualifications

5β7 years of UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment

2+ years building production-ready websites in Webflow
-
Advanced proficiency with Figma and Webflow

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from UX strategy through final Webflow implementation

Experience building scalable Webflow websites using CMS Collections, Components, and design systems

Experience with Client-First methodology, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes

Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture
-
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to partner effectively with engineers

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have

Experience with Lottie, GSAP, or interactive animations

Experience integrating Webflow with HubSpot, Memberstack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms

Experience using analytics or A/B testing to inform design decisions

Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, or similar project management tools

Experience working within Agile delivery environments

The role will begin as an hourly position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time employee based on business needs and individual performance.

The target hourly compensation range for the temporary portion of this role is $45.00 - $65.00 per hour.

If converted to full-time, the target range of base compensation for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
