Role Description
As our Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences. You will also lead and mentor our existing designers and work directly with the engineering team daily. Your work will directly impact our users, helping them manage and unlock the full value of their data products.
- Partner with the CPO to define product concepts and design new product features.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, ensuring seamless design-to-development handoff (via Linear and regular syncs).
- Provide mentorship and guidance to our existing product designer.
- Ensure our design system remains consistent, scalable, and user-friendly - we are currently implementing PrimeVue 4 and Design Tokens.
- Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to refine designs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on SaaS applications.
- Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design principles.
- Experience writing and managing tickets in Linear.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- A portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS product design, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
