Role Description
This role involves bringing our brand strategy to life through engaging digital content.
- Create engaging content by turning complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing assets in graphics, video, interactive content, and copy for web, social, email, and other platforms.
- Design for web using Webflow (our CMS) to design pages, create visuals, and manage digital content.
- Improve content structure to organize content for a smooth user experience, making information easy to find and navigate.
- Test and refine by running usability tests, gathering feedback, and improving content based on data and insights.
- Ensure accessibility by following best practices to make content inclusive and user-friendly for all audiences.
- Bring fresh ideas by keeping up with digital trends and contributing creative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- A creative thinker with a keen interest in digital marketing, brand strategy, and emerging trends.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
- A team player who communicates well and respects deadlines.
- Commercially minded; your content doesn’t just look good, it gets results.
- A strong writer with excellent English skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Requirements
- Five or more years in graphic or web design, content creation, or digital marketing, with a strong grasp of user-focused design.
- Proficiency in Webflow (or similar CMS), HTML/CSS, and HubSpot.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for creating and editing visuals.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience tailoring content for different platforms and audiences.
- A portfolio is required. Please include a link in your application.
