Role Description
The Senior Marketing Designer is a pivotal role within our creative team, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of talented Graphic Designers to deliver immersive and high-quality marketing assets. This role involves significant responsibility and offers the opportunity to drive the development of a strong team, leveraging your artistic and technical expertise.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful marketing art in a fast-paced, live environment.
- Manage priorities for time-sensitive projects effectively.
- Act as a brand mentor, innovating templates and visual user flows.
- Share best design practices and reflect on experiences to foster continuous learning.
- Create logos and flagship campaigns, representing the team in presentations.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver superior, professional designs.
- Expand skill sets through classes and mentoring.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and mentor lower-level designers.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the marketing design field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of leading design projects and teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
- High proficiency in graphic design fundamentals.
- Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in logo creation and team presentations.
