Role Description
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing design team. In this role, you’ll drive strategy, vision, and execution across key product areas, ensuring world-class user experiences that impact business outcomes. You’ll foster a collaborative, innovative design culture while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing, and engaging experiences.
- Manage a team of senior product designers and writers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and measurable impact.
- Help to develop a long-term vision, rooted in strong product discovery and client research, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, high-impact solutions that drive revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Marketing to improve key business metrics.
- Ensure a seamless experience that increases client retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and resonate across diverse client demographics.
- Establish scalable routines, improving execution speed, iteration cycles, and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure the team leverages and contributes to scalable design systems that enhance consistency, efficiency, and usability across products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or a similar field, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to drive transformative experiences.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in product design, directly managing a team.
- Bring a strategic mindset, with experience owning UX strategies that have significantly impacted metrics.
- Possess deep knowledge of design, user-centered frameworks, and accessibility best practices.
- Are a creative problem solver who excels at driving alignment across cross-functional teams and influencing product direction.
- Demonstrate a passion for innovation, keeping up with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
