[Hiring] Senior Graphic Designer & Community Engagement Specialist @Bluemoso

Role Description

We need one person to own our content end-to-end for two founder-focused personal brands: design the visuals for both, then handle daily publishing and community engagement for one of the two accounts. Not a template-clicking or passive-posting role — we need original creative thinking and hands-on daily ownership.

What You'll Do

• Design single-image posts, infographics, and cheat sheets for both brands (same design for LinkedIn/Instagram, adapted separately for Substack)
• Edit short-form video content as needed
• Research trends and pitch your own visual ideas
• Publish content, reply to comments, and manage engagement daily for one client's account across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Substack
• Use Claude and Canva to move fast without sacrificing quality

Qualifications

• Be based in the Philippines
• Work 8 hrs/day, Mon–Fri: engagement is fixed 8 PM–12 AM PHT, remaining 4 hrs flexible
• Have a strong portfolio (infographics, illustrated posts, or cheat sheets)
• Know how to publish and engage on behalf of someone else, matching their voice
• Work independently and pitch ideas without waiting for a brief
• Already use Claude/AI tools daily in your workflow

Requirements

• Experience supporting founders/execs, prior VA or community management experience (Nice to Have)

How to Apply

Send: (1) your portfolio, (2) your resume, and (3) two sample comment replies (under 30 words each) for these scenarios:

• A commenter pushes back on a post about AI upgrading jobs, saying it's easy to say if you're not disrupted. Voice: warm, direct, never defensive.
• A commenter says a post about building a business on the side gave them the push they needed.
