[Hiring] Senior Motion Designer @Pitchday

Role Description

Join our Philippines team as a Motion Designer at Pitchday, where you'll bring client stories to life through a blend of concept development, motion graphics, animation, storyboarding, design, and video. Your visual creations will engage, excite, and educate audiences worldwide.

• Create or adapt storyboards into captivating motion graphics featuring images, typography, and audio.
• Generate and present compelling ideas that align with briefs and visual guidelines.
• Utilize motion graphics, animation, and/or footage to tell diverse stories.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team that includes writers, editors, videographers, and client services.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering their skill development.
• Execute approved concepts independently, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Manage workflow efficiently while taking responsibility for timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain proactive collaboration, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate a learning mindset, pushing the boundaries of your craft while sharing trends and formats with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in production and post-production techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of typography, design principles, and best practices in print and digital.
• Excellent grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, pacing, and audiovisual content elements.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time, process, and workflow management skills.

Interview Process
