Role Description

We are looking for a Video Editor to create and edit engaging video content for organic and paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and understands how to create fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Experience editing direct-response or paid advertising content is a strong advantage.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create videos for Facebook and Instagram paid ads, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos that match the brand’s style.
• Add captions, graphics, music, sound effects, transitions, and other visual elements when needed.
• Create multiple versions or variations of videos for testing different hooks, messaging, or creative approaches.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and creative direction.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within agreed timelines.
• Organize project files, footage, and creative assets properly.
• Help improve video performance by applying learnings from successful ad creatives.
• Stay updated on social media video trends, formats, and editing styles.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Previous professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Experience editing content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Paid ads or direct-response video editing experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, captions, and attention-grabbing visuals.
• Able to work with different video formats and aspect ratios for social media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly.
• Able to manage multiple video projects and deadlines.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience editing e-commerce or product-focused paid ads (Nice to Have).
• Understanding of Meta advertising creatives and what makes an ad engaging (Nice to Have).
• Experience creating multiple ad variations for A/B testing (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva (Nice to Have).
• Experience working with UGC-style, testimonial, product demonstration, or direct-response videos (Nice to Have).
