[Hiring] Senior Graphic Designer @Oceans

Role Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join a fast-growing digital operations team within a dynamic beauty and hair-care brand expanding across LATAM. Operating as part of a high-output creative team, you will be responsible for producing consistent, performance-oriented visual content across:

• Paid advertising
• Organic social
• Email marketing
• Landing pages
• E-commerce touchpoints

In this hands-on design role, you will take ownership of maintaining visual consistency across digital channels using established brand guidelines, reusable templates, and organized design systems. You will balance creative direction with production efficiency to deliver high-quality static, motion, and marketplace assets at speed.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience within DTC, e-commerce, beauty, hair-care, or consumer goods brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Experience with AI-assisted design, image generation tools, and automated resizing workflows is preferred.
• Strong background in executing creative briefs independently and managing design template libraries.
• Ability to adapt visuals for e-commerce platforms like Amazon PDPs and TikTok Shop.
• High production speed, meticulous attention to visual detail, and a collaborative approach to performance feedback.

Requirements

• Maintain visual identity and standards across digital touchpoints.
• Design high-converting static and motion advertisements for paid digital and social campaigns.
• Produce weekly ad sets containing multiple creative variations.
• Design creative graphics and layouts for organic social media channels.
• Craft visually compelling email marketing designs and promotional templates.
• Design visual assets for landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and marketplace listings.
• Produce animated graphics and dynamic visual treatments from static design briefs.
