[Hiring] Senior Game Designer @TapNation

Role Description

As Senior Game Designer, your missions will be:

• Creating GDD & Roadmap
• Detailing specs alongside the game roadmap
• Balancing features
• Creating a strong pipeline of live events & seasonal events
• Playtesting builds
• Work closely with art/qa/dev team to maximize sprint efficiency
• Deliver all the assignments on time, with strong quality, following the performances of the features improving the target KPIs (LTV) of said games

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior Game Designer role within the gaming sector
• English native or fluent: excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive and clear communicator and a team player
• Data-driven and Growth mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and changes while driving results
