[Hiring] Senior Designer @Jeeves

Role Description

Jeeves is hiring a Senior Product Designer to enhance the quality, coherence, and usability of our core product. You will:

• Design across the full Jeeves platform, from mobile to desktop, focusing on core card, payments, and spend management flows.
• Own projects end to end: framing the problem, exploring solutions, shipping with engineering, and measuring outcomes.
• Elevate the craft and consistency of the core product experience by identifying UX debt and driving a plan to address it.
• Promote the product vision through design exploration, documentation, and presentations to leadership.
• Use AI tools throughout your workflow for generative exploration, AI prototyping, and LLM-assisted copy and documentation.
• Apply payments and fintech domain expertise to design for real-world financial complexity, including AI-powered product experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with senior-level scope on multiple high-impact projects.
• Experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services products.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership: problem framing, exploration, shipped outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward independently in ambiguous environments.
• Working fluency with AI tools in your design process.
• Experience working within and improving design systems at scale.
• Hands-on research experience, including recruiting participants and synthesizing findings into design decisions.
• Track record of close collaboration with PM and Engineering through to shipped product.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem — networks, issuers, partners, and differentiation within it.
• Experience designing for B2B or finance-team users (controllers, CFOs, ops teams).
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences — copilots, agents, or intelligent automation.
• Experience working in a globally distributed product organization across time zones.
• Experience mentoring other designers or shaping design team practices.
• Native or professional English and Spanish, Portuguese ability preferred.
