[Hiring] Senior Designer, 3D @GMR Marketing

Role Description

You can take an idea from conceptual sketches to production-ready documentation, balancing creative ambition with the realities of fabrication, production, and installation.

You’re not just a renderer. You’re a creative partner who can shape the idea from the start. You know when to push a concept further, when to challenge the expected, and how to turn a strong creative direction into something people can actually experience. You bring a deep understanding of materials, spatial design, and the technical details that make ambitious ideas work in the real world.

Your 3D thinking helps shape more than individual projects. It helps shape entire campaigns. You’ll work alongside Design Directors, Creative Directors, and production specialists, bringing your perspective to the table and pushing what’s possible in spatial design. You’re curious enough to explore what’s next, skilled enough to make it real, and bold enough to rethink what 3D can do.

Requirements

• Expert level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino.
• Experience using rendering plugins and AI enabled workflows.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Extensive professional 3D design experience in an agency, experiential, architectural, or related environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth, diverse project experience, and exceptional craft.
