Role Description

We’re looking for a Product & Packaging Designer who’s both creative and detail-oriented. You’ll be working on various design projects, from sunglasses to packaging and marketing materials, all while following strict style guides and brand parameters.

Design a variety of products and packaging, ensuring consistency with brand style guides
Create fresh & fun sunglasses designs using existing templates or designing new frames
Develop packaging that aligns with strict licensor guidelines
Design marketing materials to promote our products effectively
Clean up and edit photos to enhance visual appeal
Stay on task, manage workload, and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Experienced in packaging and product design (3+ years)
Comfortable working within strict style guide parameters
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
Open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed

Brownie points for pop culture knowledge - familiarity with entertainment brands is a plus!

Benefits

$2000 - $3000 per month*
Full time & fully remote
PTO: 20 days of paid time off + 5 sick days off
