[Hiring] Product Designer-Builder @hirehire

Role Description

As a Product Designer-Builder at StellarTech, you will:

• Take raw problems, ideas, and initiatives and turn them into flows, prototypes, and shipped UI for a consumer mobile app.
• Work as a pair with the PM, owning some initiatives fully, from idea to release to reading the numbers.
• Work directly with engineers and review the build before it ships.
• Run A/B tests, read the results in Amplitude, and plan the next iteration.
• Talk to users: run interviews in English and launch quick surveys.
• Build features yourself with vibe-coding or no-code tools when that's faster.
• Note: Marketing banners and funnels are handled by a separate team, so they are not part of this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product design, with at least 2 (ideally 3) in consumer mobile apps. B2B-only backgrounds won't be a fit.
• Strong, modern mobile UX and UI craft; portfolios should reflect this.
• Ownership: ability to carry a problem through without waiting for direction.
• Product thinking: care about product metrics and experiments, not just the interface.
• Experience running user interviews; usability testing and research methods can be learned on the job.
• English at B2–C1 and Russian proficiency.
• Clear, structured communication, including thinking out loud with the team.
• Enjoy a high pace and take direct feedback well.
• Desire to build good things for users, not just hit numbers at any cost.
• Nice to have: an app or side project you launched yourself, and builder or no-code skills.

Benefits

• A direct partnership with a strong PM, and a Head of Product who cares about design.
• Real ownership, access to analytics and A/B data, and room to build things yourself.
• Remote work, offices in Warsaw and Cyprus, and an offsite about once a year.
• 21 calendar days of paid vacation plus 10 public holidays of your country, and 7 paid sick days.
• €50/month towards health insurance after probation, and a MacBook Air (13" or 15").
• €4,500–5,500/month gross on a B2B contract with StellarTech's Cyprus entity, paid in USD. You'll need your own sole proprietorship. Probation is 3 months.
