• Experience leading workstreams, giving direction to others, and making decisions based on collective input and feedback
• Experience delivering user-focused solutions in high-complexity categories (enterprise technology or consumer products)
• A clear communication style, with the ability to present design work internally and to senior-level clients
• Experience working in agile product design/development models
• Comfort working with and activating against enterprise-scale design systems

Requirements

• Design AI-powered product experiences with the same rigor and craft you'd bring to any complex interaction challenge
• Deliver on multiple aspects of design, including visual design, UI, and UX
• Solve complex experience challenges while delivering beautiful, usable interfaces
• Own distinct workstreams with the guidance of your design director
• Partner with teammates across disciplines including product management, engineering, and development
