Role Description
This role can be based in either Washington or California State in a remote setting!
You’ve built from 0-to-1 before, and you’re hungry to do it again. As a true self-operator, you thrive on high autonomy—taking full ownership of a major scope end-to-end, from early strategy to final execution. Ambiguity doesn’t faze you; you’re naturally drawn to hard problems without pre-built playbooks.
We offer a high-trust environment where you can run fast with minimal hand-holding, though you’ll always have strong strategic guidance in your corner whenever you need a sounding board. You bring the refined taste to know when something is truly right (not just "done"), love the speed of a startup backed by the stability of an established company, and measure your design by meaningful outcomes, not just output.
