[Hiring] Multimedia & Graphic Designer @Wbs Coding School

Role Description

Join WBS CODING SCHOOL, one of Germany's leading tech schools, and help shape the future of tech talent. We are looking for a versatile Multimedia & Brand Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our performance marketing campaigns, social media presence, and brand assets. You will own the visual storytelling that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion.

• Design high-converting static graphics, carousels, and engaging video content for paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic social media channels.
• Leverage generative AI to scale our visual output efficiently using tools like Magnific and Synthesia.
• Lead the creation of short-form video assets from concept to final edit.
• Design and update compelling brochures, one-pagers, and promotional materials for our Admissions teams and events.
• Create and maintain polished, on-brand presentation templates in Canva.
• Keep our internal and external brand assets updated, organized, and easily accessible.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or performance marketing design.
• Hands-on practical experience with AI design workflows and tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Magnific, Synthesia).
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and expert-level skills in Figma and Canva template creation.
• A strong understanding of what makes a scroll-stopping ad and how to design for conversion and user engagement.
• A collaborative spirit who can work closely with our Web Designer and Performance Marketing Manager.
