Role Description
The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating dynamic animations and high-quality video content tailored for multiple platforms, ensuring ADI’s visual storytelling remains innovative and engaging.
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and educational content.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create content in multiple formats to meet platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Integrate motion elements into broader design systems using Figma.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.
- Strong English communication skills (Russian/Georgian is a plus).
- Experience working on a virtual/global team is preferred.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software (After Effects, Cinema 4D).
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience creating content for various social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Figma and the ability to integrate motion into design systems.
- Ability to develop storyboards and visualize motion concepts.
- Operate with minimal supervision.
