Role Description

We’re looking for a Low-Code/No-Code Automation Specialist to develop AI-driven automation solutions, including WhatsApp chatbots, voice bots, and workflow automation.

Build and optimize automation using Workato, Zapier, and API integrations.
Develop voice bots, and AI-powered automation for sales and customer engagement.
Integrate third-party services via APIs, webhooks, and SQL queries.
Write basic Python or JavaScript scripts for custom automation.
Manage workflows with Bitbucket and Jira.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Workato, Zapier, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
Understanding of APIs, SQL, and automation processes.
Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
Fluent in English.

Requirements

Experience with AI bots, voice bots, AWS.
Background in educational technology.
