Role Description
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Recruiter, eager to advance their career in Human Resources at an international company. If you have a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a significant contribution to hiring efforts around the globe, this opportunity is waiting for you!
- Write and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
- Actively source for candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct research on new markets to identify the best platforms for job postings
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Keep candidates updated about the selection process
- Keep the candidate pipeline up to date in the ATS
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process following best practices
- Support in administrative/operational/projects tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in an international environment
- Excellent communications skills in English and Georgian
- Proficiency in Russian is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (Recruitee, Personio, Factorial or similar)
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices (especially proficient in pipeline management and screenings)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
- Internship in recruitment is a plus
