[Hiring] Motion Designer @Replika

Role Description

Replika is growing fast, and paid social is one of the biggest drivers of that growth. The ads people see on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube are often their first impression of Replika — and this role owns the motion behind them.

• Design and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid campaigns.
• Work on a small growth team alongside producers and user acquisition managers.
• Take a concept, turn it into a finished ad, put it live, and iterate based on performance.
• Focus on creative that stops the scroll and encourages users to try Replika.
• 3-month contract position, with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent.

Qualifications

• A strong motion design portfolio (portfolio of ad creatives that performed in real paid campaigns is a plus).
• Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good taste and a strong eye for composition, colour, and easing.
• A feel for ad structure — hook, emotion, CTA — and the pacing and timing that hold attention.
• A knack for making stop-scrollers that align with Replika's brand.
• Active use of AI models across work — image, video, and sound.
• Real interest in the product and the people who use it.
• Fast and self-directed; able to ship, learn, and tighten without hand-holding.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).

Requirements

• Comfort with vibe-coding — building tools or automating parts of workflow.
• Solid understanding of different AI models and staying updated with industry trends.
• Proactive with ideas and capable of writing hooks and short ad scripts.
• Comfortable analyzing ad performance data in Meta Ads Manager.
• Fluent in internet culture — able to identify what’s funny, shareable, and trending.

Benefits

• Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy.
• Direct impact on millions of worldwide users within months.
• Opportunity to push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting.
• Fully remote, able to work CET hours.
